Order Processing
Please note that due to operational and safety measures, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipments are made during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). Estimated delivery times may vary.
U.S. Shipping Methods
For the contiguous United States (48 states):
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 USD before tax.
- Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority / First Class, depending on destination.
- Estimated delivery time once shipped: 5–7 business days.
For Alaska and Hawaii:
- Free shipping does not apply at this time.
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on carrier rates.
International Shipping
- Gold Vital Life currently does not ship internationally from the U.S. store.
- If you wish to order from another country, please check our international shop or authorized distributors in your region.
Shipping Times
- Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.
Track Your Order
- After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers.
- Use the link provided to track your shipment directly with the carrier.
