At Gold Vital Life, we understand that plans can sometimes change. Therefore, we offer our customers the option to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, the customer must contact our customer service team via email or through the official channel listed on our website, providing the order number and relevant details.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel it. However, the customer may use our return & refund policy once the product has been received.
Gold Vital Life reserves the right to decline cancellation requests made after the established time frame or for orders that are already being processed or shipped.
